CAGNY Membership Fees are NON-REFUNDABLE and NON-TRANSFERABLE

Credit Cards for hotel deposit will be charged one night room and tax on January 30, 2012. This is a NON-REFUNDABLE deposit. Hotel cancellations & date changes MUST be received in writing at Weston & Associates by 3:00 PM (EST) January 26, 2012. Any cancellations received after 3:00 PM (EST) January 26, 2012, will result in a 1 night room & tax charge!

Hotel No-shows will be charged the FULL ROOM REVENUE for the DATES OF THE RESERVATION! Departure dates changed at the hotel will result in a charge to be determined by the hotel! Confirmations will come directly from the hotel to the e-mail address provided.
